A second public meeting is to be held in Jordanhill over plans by Cala Homes (West) to develop the former Strathclyde University campus.
Residents are being urged to attend the gathering with the call: "Your community is about to change forever."
Also up for discussion will be how the community can cover various "substantial costs" - including a traffic impact assessment.
Like the first event in January, the meeting is to be held at Jordanhill Parish Church on Woodend Drive.
It takes places on Sunday March 19 starting at 2pm.
The first meeting drew more than 300 people, and a similar number can be expected again, according to organisers.
The meeting will be a chance for residents to hear what representatives have been doing following submission by Cala Homes' of its detailed application for the site.
As reported last week, the developer wants to build 412 houses and apartments across the 31-acre site.
Cala Homes says its development will be high-quality and retain large aspects of the open grounds around the estate.
But residents say the scheme is bigger than originally planned by Strathclyde University in outline plans six years ago, with all the adverse effects, they say, of traffic and congestion.
A poster for the meeting reads: "Please attend the meeting. YOUR COMMUNITY is about to change forever.
"We believe the residents can still influence the way in which that change takes place if enough members of the community make their voices heard but it has to happen NOW."
