Art in Partick, comedy in Woodlands, jazz in Hillhead and choral in Hyndland - it must be the 22nd West End Festival.
Day One of 24 is kicking off with theatre, exhibitions, laughs and song.

The first musical offering is jazz saxophonist Konrad Wiszniewski and pianist Euan Stevenson at the University of Glasgow's concert hall.
From the off, events take place at Mackintosh Queen's Cross, the Hunterian Museum, the Iota Gallery (Hyndland Road), Cottiers Theatre, and Oran Mor.
They range from exhibitions of architectural design, art displays, live music shows and theatre performances.
Over the month of June, 400 events will take place at 75 venues across the West of the city.
Cool and the Gang, Chic and Tom Jones are among the headline acts at the Kelvingrove Bandstand.
For the second year, there is no Sunday parade but there are new events and a new family fun day - The Big Sunday - on June 11 at Kelvingrove Park.
One of the first events to kick off the festival is Terry Neason’s Band, at Cottiers.
Terry is from Glasgow and has a varied career in music in concerts and theatre shows. She’s wowed audiences from Europe to the US and Canada to Singapore.
Liz Scobie, chairman of West End Festival said: “We’re thrilled that our 22nd festival has been put into full swing with Terry and her band.
“We’ve got too many events to highlight each one, but from the Bandstand events to choral and The Big Sunday, BBQs, street and lane parties, comedy, literature and vintage buses, there is almost definitely something for everyone.
"Many events are free!
“Then there’s The Big Lunch, on Sunday, 18 June, when communities across Scotland indeed the UK will hold lunches to connect with their communities.
"That’s what we’re all about at WEF – connecting our communities.”
Terry added: “I’m delighted to be part of the West End Festival once again and to play in Cottiers is always a joy.”
