A barbers shop on Argyle Street is donating its birthday takings to charity.
Staff at Briar Grove Barbers will be cutting hair to raise money for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
Every penny of the takings for one day only will go to the good cause.
The charity day is on Friday July 28 - a year since the business opened.
Staff want as many new and regular customers as possible to come along to swell the coffers.
The Briar Grove Barbers is a traditional barbers in the Kelvingrove area, opposite the Museum.
Proprietor Iain Ross said the event was a way of celebrating the business's first year of trading.
He said: "To celebrate our 1st birthday, for one day only, every penny from every cut will be going straight into the charity buckets for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity instead of our till.
"From a full cut to a beard trim, we can make you look great for the summer whilst contributing to a great cause."
The charity was previously attached to the Sick Children's Hospital at Yorkhill.
The money raised will go to help families and children who attend the new hospital in Govan.
Iain said: Whether you are a regular or you have never been to visit come and see us and help us celebrate in style.
"Help us make sure of an amazing total for Glasgow Childen’s Hospital Charity."
Due to big demand, the barbers will be extending its opening hours from 9am to 7pm on the day.
