A law firm with a recently-opened base in the West End is helping to guarantee vital future income for a leading care charity.
Scullion Law at 730 Dumbarton Road is offering a free wills service up until the end of March in support of Marie Curie.
Anyone can take up the free offer - but there is no obligation to leave a donation to the charity that helps people living with a terminal illness.
It's the fourth year that Scullion Law has worked with the charity.
Those who have already bequeathed cash gifts have guaranteed a significant stream of revenue in years to come.
The campaign is open to anyone aged over 55.
If couples reside at the same address only one person needs to be over 55 to qualify.
SIGNIFICANT STREAM
Nicholas Scullion is managing Partner of Scullion Law.
He said: "Since 2015, we have helped to generate a substantial amount of future income for Marie Curie.
"As well as specific cash gifts, some clients left a share of their estate in their Will.
"As little as £20 helps to pay for an hour of nursing care.
"There is of course no obligation for clients to leave anything.
"We want to thank the kind individuals within the community who have helped us support Marie Curie so far."
