The highlight of this year's West End Festival has been the outdoor ceilidhs.
The first dance took place at the Kelvingrove art gallery and museum earlier in June.
The second gathering is taking place in Vinicombe Street, just off Byres Road in the heart of the West End.
The musicians are with the Glasgow Folk-Music Workshop (GFW).
The steps are called by Finlay Allison, senior tutor at the GFW.
He is joined by an informal band of tutors led by the legendary John Carmichael on accordion.
Finlay spoke to Glasgow West End Today ahead of the Vinnicombe Street performance.
"The event at Kelvingrove was a massive success and it went viral - over 100,000 people all over the world were looking at it.
"We do do this often but it would be great if we did this more often.
"I think this is the sixth year at the West End Festival and our second year in Vinicombe Street.
"And it's going from strength to strength - we are delighted with it."
Based in Glasgow Kelvin College, the GFW teaches a wide range of musical instruments.
These include: Accordion, Banjo, Bodhran, Cello, Fiddle, Guitar, Harmonica, Mandolin, Whistle and Ukulele as well as Mixed Instrument groups and Ceilidh Band) to adults and juniors alike.
