The last remaining apartments at the prestigious Park Quadrant Residences development in the Park area of the West End are now available.

The three two-bedroom units offer flexible living spaces, with south-facing balconies overlooking the private residents’ gardens.

Gordon Coster, managing director of Ambassador Living, said residents can look forward to a range of attractive features.

He said: “Park Quadrant Residences offers something really special – luxury accommodation with an exceptional high-end specification.

“Homes benefit from energy efficient underfloor heating, secure private parking, dedicated electric car charging points and over bonnet storage.

“Residents will also benefit from a full-time dedicated on-site concierge service and a mix of private and shared south-facing outdoor spaces.”

The West End boasts a diverse range of architecture, from Zaha Hadid’s futuristic Riverside Museum to the Victorian splendour of Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

Overlooking the museum and art galleries, Park Quadrant is Glasgow’s most sought after residential locale and one of the city’s most intriguing architectural stories.

The streets which make up the historic Park area have actually stood incomplete for more than 150 years, until now.

19th Century architect Charles Wilson created a masterplan for a concentric ringed sequence of streets.

It comprised an inner ‘circus,’ an outer ‘terrace’, and running between them a centre ring of mews houses and stables.

However, construction was halted in the mid-1850s – leaving the final quadrant undeveloped.

Premium Scottish homebuilder Ambassador Living, has now added the final chapter to the history books with Park Quadrant Residences.

Gordon Coster,

The luxury development enhances the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the West End of Glasgow.

In keeping with the rest of the conservation area, the bay windowed frontages echo the beautiful, blonde sandstone of the nearby Victorian townscape.

The unique development offers a carefully curated collection of timelessly classic, yet contemporary apartments, duplexes and penthouses combining bold, modern designs, sensitive to the area’s celebrated 19ᵗʰ century aesthetic.

“We would urge anyone interested in the last remaining apartments to book a private viewing now with the final homes due for completion in Spring 2022.”
